I have a 2010 ford mustang 4.0, automatic trans. Replaced the all four O2 sensor because b1s1 had a short circuit, it had a slight misfires also but no DTC about the misfires.
I look at the sensor reading with my scanner and b2s1, b2s2and b1s2 they were all working fine but b1s1 was. Not reading at all . The one thing I didn't do was check memory codes, but it looks like the previous owner replace alot of part trying to fix something.
So I replace all four o2s and now all four are reading data
clear codes and drove the car for a little while then this code show up p0316,p2296,p2197,p2198 . I hook up my scanner and look at STFT on B1-B2 and they are way off. I check the engine load and cylinders 1, 2 , 3 are having most of the misfires
It sounds to me like you're fighting a false rich condition on bank one, and a false lean condition on bank two. That'd potentially explain why you're seeing miss counts on bank one.
What brand of O2 sensor did you install? It'll sound nitpicky, but they need to be NTK or Motorcraft. Walker, Bosch and other aftermarket brands will cause more problems than they solve. See it many times.
