1) maybe your scan tool will do it, maybe you will need to follow a manual procedure to place the brakes in service mode. It's been a roll of the dice on Fords for me
2) once in service mode, generally the calipers only need to be pushed in, not turned.
3) I've never tightened a caliper bracket with torque wrench my entire careerĀ
