The drive belt snipped off while driving unknowingly to the driver which he pretty much drive the battery to zero volt i had to tow the car to the shop, fixed up the belt  the car still remains in a no crank state , ran a quick scan i noticed the TCM is not communicating with my diagnostic device ...
