My 2001 Chrysler T&C limited 
no Codes no power (acts lean)
new Fuel Pump 
new Fuel filter
new anything you can think of plugs wires ,sensors map Pcv Egr system 
 TPS Idle A/C and Coil block 
Told Cat is not blocked (heat Gun )
wire Harness was Heat wrapped and repaired behind Coil .
only thing left is original MAF and the Map is after market .
getting frustrated with 
Techs in my area that dont know how to diagnose .
i am a Parts Changer but i do not wanna be any longer .

Move Paul to Omaha 2024 !

Do you have access to a scan tool? It would be helpful to know what your O2 sensors and fuel trims are doing.

Since your complaint is a lack of power, and you said that you have replace everything except the Mass Air Flow sensor (this vehicle does not have a Mass Air Flow sensor), I don't think that I would trust a temperature test to definitively rule out an exhaust restriction. It would be better to pull an upstream O2 and install a pressure gauge. Or, drop the exhaust, entirely, and see if power is restored.

Hi Chad ,
Thank you for your response .
Well its hard being disabled and getting some of this stuff done i had considered the pressure test just have not wanted to take whole Wiper assembly box back out to get to O2 behind motor again .
I am gonna go ahead and replace the Idle Air Temp sensor on the hose to air box
First .
I thought it was a MAF and had cleaned it prior
