Ac clutch not being energized was created by autojoe
2003 Toyota matrix no voltage to ac clutch. Ac fuse good..... Switched relay with horn relay and still no voltage to ac clutch single wire. Any ideas . Also got 100 Psi rest pressure ambient temperature 80f.

Hey autojoe! I think a good place to start would be doing some voltage checks at the AC relay socket. Do you have a test light? That'll be ideal for the testing we want to do. This video would be a good place to start for relay testing procedures. It's about a starter relay, but the fundamentals are the same. 
With the engine running, AC activated on the dash, and the relay removed, we're looking for two power feeds and two grounds. See the attachment I included with this post. Touch all four pins with the test light connected to B-, and then all four on B+. Two pins should light in both cases. If one does not light on either polarity, then that's what's missing for this relay to work.
Let us know if you're missing a power, a ground, or both, and we can go from there!
