P2146, P2149. Fuel Injector Group “A” Supply Voltage Circuit/Open.

Car is 2009 Passat with CAXA 1.4 tsi engine, while driving on the high way, engine completely dies.
Car is cranking but not starting.
After reading codes it gives code for all 4 injectors supply voltage circuit open, both group A and B.
upon checking elsa for wiring, it looks like the ECU control both the power and ground for the injector.

and no fuses or connectors in between.
Does that means that the ECU is bad?
