ON VID WHERE HE GOT SPARK HE WAS CHECKING THE IGNITION MODULE THAT TRIGGERS THE COIL . SO YOU MIGHT NEED THAT. THE OTHER , CHANGED THE E C M THAT IS ON THE FIRE WALL NOT ON FENDER .
The easiest way to check the ground at the ECM is to hook your test light to battery positive and touch the tip of the light to the ground wire of the connector. You can either back probe it with the connector plugged in, or unplug it and gently touch the tip to the female pin in the face of the connector. If it lights up bright, the ground is good. If it's dim or not lighting at all, you have a bad ground.
