I have multiple issues with my 2013 Acura ILX w tech package. I’m very mechanically inclined and an electrician by trade. I had to leave my car with a scumbag due to me having warrants for some traffic tickets. I drove a mile or two and shut it off only to never start it again after. If I attempt to turn it in the on position then the dashboard flickers repeatedly and I have to disconnect the negative battery terminal to get it to turn off. When I hook up my foxwell nt644 elite  scantool all of it stops and I no longer have that set of problems. When viewing the live data from the Pgm-fi module it states that the can signal from the tcm to the starter is disabled. I’ll post pictures. Along with codes as well. I know this guy pretty well and he’s notorious for stealing cars. He probably tried stealing mine and messed with my keys. I’ve been struggling with this for months now. I’m ready to just destroy the damn thing.

Most of these symptoms could be attributed to a discharged battery.
I know it sounds simplistic, but I have seen many people get into the weeds over a weak battery.
