I bought a 2003 Honda Accord 3.0 V6.  Check engine light is on for P0300, thru P0306.  When I inspected the car it had these codes, plus P0117, P0128, P0113.  Prior to my purchase I was told the timing belt, and thermostat.  I have since replaced the radiator, A/C condenser, changed the oil and filter, and had body damage to repair on the rear end of the vehicle.  Car has 235-240k miles, haven’t checked actual.  I can verify repairs from the carfax report and observations to include a recall to replace a PS hose, as well as the timing belt, brakes and oil changes.  The P0117, P0128, and P0113 have all since disappeared after I verified repairs were completed.  Car when first started cold idles as normal, but after about 10 seconds, the CEL flashes, and then as it’s idling, idles down almost bogging to stall.  I’ve watched the fuel trims and other data with my Acton 9185, and even at 70mph on cruise the engine never seems to miss a beat.  I did get a bank 1 catalyst below efficiency code once, but even after doing an idle relearn, the bogging at cold idle and CEL is concerning me.  Any chance this car might need a valve adjustment??  Bank 2 O2 sensor 1 appears to have been replaced but I don’t have record of when.  I hate changing parts or spending $$ where it isn’t needed, but even OEM coils, and plugs is a chunk of change that at some point I’ll need to get it through an emissions test.  Thoughts as to where or what to check next?  I read somewhere to look at the map voltage and see where it’s at.  I’m trying to use a compression test as the final rule out of compression issues.  Thoughts or suggestions welcomed.  Yes I’m new here, but I’ve been working on autos for about 30 years.  Thanks again .
