I have a problem with a cherokee 95 with dtc 11. Unfortunately I'm out of the country with the help of a basic scanner. Any help on this code and possible causes will help me. Thank you

11 is loss of cam or crank signal . What tools do you have for electrical testing?

I have a test light. Digital multimeter. I can get diagrams online.... And I know they already changed the fuel pump, ignition coil, and cap and rotor! I suspect the crank sensor cause sometimes run and when running suddenly dies on the road. But I want to make sure. It's there anyway to test the crank with no scope?

great a dvom will be what you'll need set in the dc 20v selction this is a 3 wire crank sensor the connector is located at the back of the manifold near the booster , i don't hae the diagram in front of me to tell you what color is which but 1 should have 5v key on engine off. the ground is the middle wire and i believe it is black make sure you have 12v when connected to it and battery + finally if power and ground are good the 3rd wire is signal wire i think it is red with a stripe this is a little harder to test and will need someone to assist you with your dvom still in dc 24v backprobe the signal wire (connector must be connected) and have someone turn the crank shaft over and you should read 5v in a section and 0v in a section over and over if you are not seeing it switch from 5 to 0 v then your sensor needs replaced

Listen to Ben! He knows what's up. Additionally, ScannerDanner has several videos out there for these crank sensors:
