in need of some help. Our shop has this versa in the shop currently, the owner had recently took it to another shop and they put an amazon O2 sensor in it. and the check engine light back on so they brought it to us. I conducted a code scan and got P0138 and P0139. I watched the scan tool data and the S2B1 O2 sensor was staying firm at 2.8V. I checked the signal wire coming from the sensor itself with a DVOM and is getting 262mV. sensor is getting a good power and good ground. Checked resistance from ECM to sensor pin 1 has .5Ω / pin 3 has .4Ω / pin 5 has .5Ω and pin 2 has ignition voltage to the sensor from the IPDM when KOEO or KOER
curious is the ECM is bad
we are all scratching our heads as to what is going on here any info would be helpful.

Is it possible to pull the signal voltage low and see if it reads 0 on the scanner?

you can also create a vacuum leak and watch for the sensor to respond lean or feed the engine a little carb clean to see if it responds rich.
There may even be a bidirectional test if you have a good scanner to increase and decrease fuel trim manually to watch for the sensor signal to change.

Tell your friend that they can touch the signal wire to ground while watching the voltage PID on the scan tool and make sure is goes to 0.0v
