Hi there. I've got an 88 f150 with a 5.0 302. Its cranking not starting. There is spark and fuel pressure. New Eec and tons of other new parts thrown at it by other mechanics. I tested the tps and it's got 5 volts but it led me to realize there is no power on the blck/white signal wire. tested for continuity and the resistance is at the pin on the computer. Not sure if this indicates a break somewhere else or a bad ground. I do have codes but don't have a code reader... it appeared to be a tps code 122 I think but I am terrible at reading blinks. I guess i thought if my signal wire is toast I would not get any codes. I feel like I'm so close to tracking this down but I am just confused as to how to fix this.... run a new black/white? Thanks guys- any help will be great!
