i am get code p1351 IC OUTPUT HIGH PULSE DETECTED WHEN GROUND CYLINDER 1 
looking for some help or insight on this code and its meaning the nothing on the engine has not been changed including the engine(due to spun rod bearings) code was present before the engine was built. ecm has been replaced as well as distbutor and all sensors. thinking this is in the wiring need some guidance on where to look

right the video where he calls it a ghost code and refuses to fix it. i know it is not a ghost code and he only half ass read the trouble shooting tree. now that a have the 1998 gm servcie manual i will be to figure it out since the first step is tracing wires not what was done in the video

after tracing all of the wiring on the truck and in the manual i found when the engine was up to temp the MAF was shorting internally but not causing the MIL code for malfunction of the MAF instead causing the computer to show P1351. luckly i have other truck with the same engine , swapped the MAF and the code followed.
FYI when the MAF on the GMT 400 truck with a Vortec  engine fails without showing a code the fail safe in the computer runns the engine on the egr system instead of the MAF causing additional soot build up in the engine which causes a person to chase the wrong syptoms instead of looking for the root cause
