Working with a 2019 Ford F59 (think delivery truck) with a 6.8L V10. Has a code for the Cam Position Sensor A Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor). The sensor ohms out fine, even swapped with a know good sensor but no change. Inspected the wiring, and while there are no defects with the harness itself, (shorted, resistance, rub through, etc) when I unplug the sensor and check voltage's, measuring from either terminal to ground, I'm reading 1.65v. If I measure voltage across the pins (It's a two wire vr type sensor) I read 0v. This makes me think something is shorted to voltage, so it's leading me to think the PCM is faulty. Has anyone dealt with this sort of problem before? The troubleshooting for Alldata doesn't give me voltage specs for a 2 wire other than saying if voltage is detected with KOEO, there is a short to power.
