I let my car idle for a long time it overheated has not started since my battery was bad I replaced it then the fuel pump wouldn't work replace it now my negative battery terminal won't make contact so I'm going to replace it I got the new fuel pump installed now I need to bleed the lines of air how do I do that also what do I do from here?
What lines do you need to bleed of air? Fuel lines? Gasoline engines almost never, diesel engines every time.
I would be worried about the engine if it overheated to the point of a no start...
A good quick check to make would be to see if there is compression in the cooling system.
With the radiator full and the cap off, and the fuel or spark disabled so the engine won't run, crank the engine and see if antifreeze pukes out of the radiator.
If it does, the engine is toast and you can stop working on it.
If it doesn't blast coolant out, that doesn't mean your exactly out of the wood yet...
