2012 dodge caravan, no crank, no start, no scan tool comm with PCM. Cust says vehicle intermittently shuts off. Another shop has replaced the TIPM and PCM already and it was fine for a while. The alternator has also been replaced 3 times. Not sure why. TIPM has u0100 no comm with ecm, WCM(WIN?) has u1197 security seed response not received from ecm and u0401 invld data recd from ecm. The WIN has recently been replaced along with 2 new keys programmed by another shop. I have done the flow chart for the u0100, checked all powers, grounds, and CAN circuits and everything is ok according to it. On my own, i load tested the circuits in question as well. Even scoped the CAN hi and low at the DLC, and theres just a constant 2-2.5 V on both if i remember right. Flowchart says to replace ECM. What concerns me is that fuse m33, which is the run start control output fuse, has .6V with KOEO. Found that the PCM is not grounding the coil of the run/start relay which would in turn send 12V to the m33 fuse and then on to the PCM. The flowchart did not mention testing this fuse. I'm wondering if that is relevant and my problem is really in the TIPM, or should I trust in the flowchart rest results and replace the PCM. ANY help is appreciated
