Hello ....My name is Mark and I am new to this forum. I own a used 2005 American Coach Class A motorhome that has Cummins ISL engine and Allison 3000MH transmission-119K miles. Every so often as I am driving the J1939 Buss loses communication with the front dash gauges and they go back and forth up and down. When this occurs every light on the annunciator panel lights up and after a bit of time it clears itself and goes back to operating fine. The engine and transmission are communicating and working fine, but where the Buss "Tees" to go to the dash and instrument cluster is where the problem is. (Per the previous owner) Perhaps a bad connection or bad crimp on a contact/wire. I am looking for any info or advice to start me off in the right direction. Anyone who has worked on these knows its literally hundreds of connection points and wires. On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach it acted up 3 times on the way down and worked flawless on the way home! I did install a redundant ground wire to the gauge cluster thinking it was losing ground but that had no effect. I do not have a scan tool however any feedback on the bluefire app and module or any other diagnostic instrument would be appreciated. It is suppose to monitor the buss as well as gauges and other info that is on the buss. It also reads codes and clears them similar to the Scangauge D. Thank you in advance, I appreciate your efforts.

Regards,
Mark
