Scanner Danner here are the photos you requested. Also provided is a drawing of the wiring. I get about 9 volts at Coil + and if I recall correctly about .14 at Coil -

okay that is definitely a point type ignition system so that Ignition module is doing nothing. You have no spark right? What does coil + and coil - look like when using an incandescent test light connected to ground during cranking?
Coil + should be a steady light and coil - should flicker

So I did have spark the other day. I was even able to drive around the neighborhood a couple times. I will need to go to the auto parts store and grab me a incandescent test light to test as suggested. I'm okay with upgrading the distributor. How would I wire the ballast resistor up for current configuration and omitting the Ignition Module?

Eliminate the blue and black wires to module, and 9 volt is fine for run. You should see closer to 12v during crank, that's the ballast resister working to save the points from failing rather quickly. One check I always do with points is slightly open them, insert a clean piece of paper in between the contacts, let them close and pull the paper out, hopefully it's clean. Any debris/ film on them will stop the points from working

This forum indicates that you can use an ignition control module with a points distributor. I think this was my go to to get started on my rewrite. I ended up removing the wire that landed on my ignition start and vroom she fired up. I wish I had documented my multimeter readings before she stopped running. The picture I drew up is how I had it wired when she ran. Gonna get a test light on it soon.

I'm wondering if my rotar was not on all the way or my distributor cap was not secured properly. After I took the pics for you, I went back to the garage a while later and put the cap back on. I figured I would give her shot and she fired right up. While running I'm getting around 11.5 v on coil pos and 6.5 on coil neg. I haven't put a test light on it yet. Now that she is running, I would like to ensure I'm getting good spark. Let me review your video and I will follow some of your test to determine that my spark is a good spark.
I do want to eventually upgrade to the points distributor.

@scannerdanner I put a test light on Coil + and I got a strong constant light, Coil - while cranking gave me a strong flicker. So I decided to pull the coil plug and test when cranking and I got nothing. I was a parts change before I found your youtube videos, so I had a good coil that I had replaced and I got the same exact results.
