When I go into the data stream all I get is hashmarks. ####
That’s the second car this week that I’ve seen this. What’s the diagnostic procedure when you see this?

What scan tool are you using, and is it up to date or was it recently updated?
Usually, I try another scan tool if mine doesn't agree with whatever I'm working on.
