Your base fuel rate seems reasonable to me. #6 is definitely adding enough fuel to be a concern. What led you to look at the balance rates? Contribution, misfire codes? Exhaust smoke?

Doing one injector is fine, but doing them all is preferred. If it's your truck, feel free to FAFO. :silly: If it's for a customer, push for all injectors. Do a relative compression test before calling the injector to make sure there isn't an engine mechanical problem causing the PCM to compensate with the balance rate.
