this is a secondary use vehicle and only drive 600 mile annualy. Recent history.. had lean cond. Both banks prior to covid. Made smoke machine Little smoke on egr out of tiny vent hole replaced without checking old egr install new egr. Same result with smoke then saw several youtubes same result. Ended up being valve cover pcv O ring gasket. Everything good for yrs..
Covid hit van parked for 2yrs+. Got CA smog ok in May 2022. Drove van In Oct. Engine Light came on lean cond. Bank 1-2.. ltft 24/25 found two vac leaks on egr line to intake rotted rubber splices from plastic to hard line to plastic to canister. Drove 150 miles no engine code. Turned on a/c check engine light on, P0401 but no lean codes this time. found a 3rd splice same line collapsed/rotted. Ltft at idle dropped from 25 to 9-10 after replacing.
Van Has history of valve ping now hesitation in park when you Rev engine.. checked egr solenoid to ground engine stalls. dpfe has 5v, 12-13v , 1.11 all in spec. Replaced old 42,000 mile fuel filter, Checked fuel pump pressure only 29lb. Shut engine off 5 min leak down pressure built to 31.5 assuming no injector leaks? New air filter map looks clean.
Mech friend says too low wants to see 40lb min even though within spec 28-44lb
Will try your propane to intake next. Engine runs great Any SUGGESTIONS B4 replacing fuel pump. Mech friend says I can borrow new smoke machine.

So, if I am following you, the lean codes do not return, LTFT is fairly normal. I am assuming this is only at idle?
Fuel pressure does seem low in my opinion, are the fuel trims more positive at higher rpm or under load as compared to at idle?
Does the fuel pressure drop further when you rev the engine?
