Is there a drl relay you could remove without killing regular headlights? On vw and Audi I can program them off with the dealer level scanner I'm not sure if it may be possible to program. otherwise if your problem is the hid flicker and goes out from the low voltage then this can be solved with a relay on the low beam power wire
