urgent need of toyota corolla verso 2007 d4d diesel ECU wiring diagram was created by RR-Auto
Hello guys,
I am in middle of chaos, I change the engine of this toyota corolla Verso 2007 d4d diesel (engine code AD).
I would be so happy I f i can get the wiring diagram for ecu and engine
after changing engine .it start and run good at the first, then seemed to start so rich. then when I was looking for problem I found one of the ground in engine block has constant 12 V feed in it even with key of .
after disconnecting that wire I can not turn on the car any more, even with or without plunging back that ground ( which i think it supply the negative in computer and part of ignition module . I have 12 v on both wire of my injectors .

Hi Yashar,
I moved this out of the Welcome section and into the Repair Questions section where you'll get more help.
Unfortunately, we don't have that car stateside, but 12v on an open ground wire sounds pretty normal.
If it still has 12v connected to the block, then that would indicate a poor block ground (of course the engine probably wouldn't even crank if that was the case).
Like you said, it may be a PCM ground considering the car will not start without it.
Hopefully someone here will be able to help you get the diagrams you need.

Im sure that i tagged the post in repair question. I have no idea why it moved somewhere else.
The other symptoms is no communication with diagnostics scan tools.

Unfortunately none of my sources has that vehicle all I can comment is in general engine change do me check all fuses powers and grounds I would focus on the no communication to ECM as its probably the whole problem but if not it could help in pointing to the rest of the problem.

Also you said you have 12v to both sides of injector is that with harness connected to injector or disconnected?

first, thank you for involving with it.... then I agree with you. I think I lost my communication with my ecu because of the same problem with the engine not starting.
I hope you understand WTF situation which I got into it. lack of wiring diagram and scan tool information or fault code made this diagnostic so hard.
-About your question regarding injectors I have 12 feed in them, all 4 pledged or unpledged. I have Diesel INJECTOR Driver Computer ECU/ECM which feeds my injectors I believe both negative and positive. And it is connected to my main ECU to getting both positive and negative. the cable of it contains around 12 wire. which now all of them are between 10- 12 v
.
And I think Ecu share a same ground with it, which is our ground that has 12 V on it. I feel like this way becasuse when disconnect this madule defect ground drop to 7 volt. and if I disconnect the EFI relay it drop to zero.
-SAme as another situation.if I take out 15 A (efi) fuse, my 12 v ground drop to 0 . but actually, it turns all the actuator off.
- and another thing , this fuse supply 2 relays.
1- efi relay
2- DME relay.
when I take out one of them like EFi relay this ground drop from 12 to 7 V.
and when I take out dme relay after efi it drop from 7 to 0

Well it does sound a little strange with ground connected test your relays power and grounds. Make sure you have battery voltage at all of them . On a side note some diesel engines here in the states the injectors have to be programmed to the injector driver . I've had a wire get pinched between engine and transmission before that caused no start . I assume this engine is transverse and would be easy catch if it were the case but may be worth double checking
