Did you do any tests?
Without more information I'd suggest to check the ground connection on the lamp assembly.

I agree with Juergen.
Brake/Turn lights and Tail lights have different power sources, but a common ground. The right, front turn signal shares a power source with the right, rear Brake/Turn signal (Fuse 13, 15a). The left, front turn signal shares a power source with the left, rear Brake/Turn signal (Fuse 14, 15a). Tail-lights get power from Fuse 40, 10a.
The common denominator for the rear Brake/Turn signal and Tail-lights is Ground G401 (Black Wire). Under the vehicle, above the spare tire.

Yes sir I started with what I think are the fundamentals of checking a circuit. which, was checking break switch and or the break pedal switch then I went to the fuses I believe it was 13 14 both 15 amp then I went to the relay in the fuse box under hood. I did notice however on the actual BCM output PIN for the right brake light does not have any current flow out of it so I am thinking that there is a problem with a broken Trace in the BCM. I apologize if my terminology wasn't exactly correct but I think you guys get what I'm saying. my vehicle is a 2011 F-150 XL 5.0. Also I did check the ground underneath or above the spare tire I unscrewed it then grinded it to fresh metal on the frame and put contact cleaner and then sealed it. I appreciate you guys responding to my question.

One more thing. I needed a break like that works so I spliced my top mount brake light into the right brake light so it's a temporary fix but I don't have any blinker

Where exactly did you splice the top mounted brake light into the RIGHTÏ brake light harness? Anyhow, if this works then the BCM is outputting something...
Does the voltage get through from the BCM to the lamp unit (all feeds when activated: stop, turn and backlight)?

I ran an 18gauge jumper from top mount brake light to the vio/org wire after the harness connection. The splice is directly behind the license plate. All feeds with the exception of R turn signal work. Before I ran jumper, I had nothing except reverse lights on the R side, everything else was good.

If all your feeds make it to the splice where the 18 gauge wire connects then the fault is after that point. Not much left there: a short piece of wiring to the lamp assembly, the lamp assembly/it's connecters, the components /bulbs themselves and finally the ground. connection.
I can't see anything else.
