So my main question is can a faulty thermo switch inside the compressor cause the fans not to come on and how can i test the thermo switch?
To answer your question directly, no, an open thermo switch will not cause a lack of fan operation. Not in my experience, anyway. Plus, you said you had power to the compressor clutch, right? The ECM won't power the compressor clutch unless the thermo switch is intact.
The problem is, I can't see that your CR-V compressor has a thermo switch at all.

Either way, if you have 12V at the compressor clutch with no clutch engagement, then you're done, IMO. Clutch or compressor time. Which one I'd do would depend on the cost of the parts, and if I could change the clutch without putting it out of the vehicle.
The lack of fan operation is more likely a symptom of the compressor clutch. With no clutch engagement, there's no rise in A/C high side pressure, which is what the ECM is watching to decide when to turn the fans on.

So your saying a clutch not engaging can cause the fans not to work?
If the A/C high side pressure doesn't go high enough for the ECM to judge that the fans are needed, yes.
I attached the oe wiring diagram to this message and please if you don’t mind what do the other two wires exactly do then one goes to the micu and the other to the climate control
Are you sure that's for a 2017 model year? This is what I find for a '17 1.5L:
And this is what I find for a 2.4L:
However, the 2016 model year diagram looks like yours:
Are you positive you've got the right diagram? Are you sure your CR-V is a 2017?

My fault yes it is a 16 crv.
Ahhhhhh OK, good to know. Thank you for updating the thread title.

What has me questioning your reply about the clutch not engaging causing fans not to work is ive had other hondas with no clutch operation but the fans would still come on
Now that I know there's a thermo switch involved, yes, the switch is involved in the cooling fan operation.
However, I'm inclined to believe that the thermo switch is fine, because the ECM wouldn't be powering the compressor clutch without it.
Are you sure about your 12V reading for the compressor clutch? With an incandescent test light connected to B-, does the red/white wire light up with the engine running and the A/C on?

yes back probed that red/white wire with engine running a/c on and the test light lit up (used the otc test light pretty sure it is incandescent )
Perfect.

For that 110% confidence, I looked through the A/C troubleshooting options and found this:
Again, if the A/C pressure sensor or the evaporator temperature sensor had failed or were reading incorrectly, the clutch wouldn't be getting powered.
You can also ohm check the switch itself for continuity:
