I have a problem with a Chevrolet Equinox 2013, The code set on the scanner
P0228D and P0089
With reduced engine Power. + stabilitrak
I already replaced
Throttle body
Fuel rail sensor
Camshaft position sensor
same issue
Any help, please?

You really need to stop replacing parts and diagnose this correctly - Replacing parts without evidence of failure can make it harder to fix !!

P0228D Is an Accelerator PEDAL fault - Not Throttle Body !!

and P0089 is a Fuel Pressure Regulation fault.

You would benefit from looking at the Freeze Frame Data for those faults and then the Data Pids.

With a wiring diagram, the next step would be to hook up a scope and determine the cause.
