Subject vehicle downstream O2 sensor is switching as it should without delays; I tested it while driving and watched the downstream O2 go full rich at WOT, and full lean when decelerating. I
performed my first O2 storage test as Paul outlined in Chapter 5, but according to the test I just performed, the cat is good; I have a 6 second delay when I shut off the propane before the O2 drops lean again (.2 volts).
