I hear this is a very common fault for these trucks and the dealership said they want to change the abs pump but they cant get any pumps. so if this problem is so common do yall know of a known problem in the wiring or modules that is causing the error?
Right now my truck is fine but the little screen shows an intermittant fault and it will ding ding and the error lights will flash on and off. Also the problem will go away for weeks at a time and then come back again.
So it really seems like there is a wiring or module problem somwhere that has an intermittant problem. I dont have more detailed info to give im just hoping someone knows of a known problem that is causing these errors.
i have read the wire harness for the fuel control module gets pinched between the plastic wheel well and frame and im going to go check that in a minute.
