I belive I have a bad pcm I'm not really sure of the easiest way to check it can I unplug the connectors and check powers and grounds or do I need to back probe while plugged in ?
I can turn the key to get lights to light up on dash they light up but when I try to start it nothing no click nothing
I have to manually put the car information in my scanner to get it to read the vehicle because no communication with the pcm I belive it reads everything but the pcm here are the codes I'm receiving

You're using the Autel Ultra? Try getting a screenshot of the Topology map after a code scan. You'll have to be connected to WiFi to get the topology to work.

You can use the Bus Inspection feature to check your HS-CAN voltages, but I don't know that it'll be helpful, especially considering that you're talking to most other HS-CAN modules.

Is your Fiesta manual or automatic?

Given that the PCM is accessible in the engine bay, I'd probably go directly there for power/ground and comm line testing. You can do your checks plugged in or unplugged. If you're plugged in and backprobing, make sure you have the key on and making good contact with your backprobe. If you're unplugged, don't rely on unloaded voltage checks with a voltmeter. Use a substitute load of some kind.

My fiesta is an automatic, I bought another 11 fiesta at auction last week I took the pcm/ecm out of it and tried it so now I can communicate with the pcm in this car but have 4 codes but the only 2 I'm concerned with right now is the IPC PASSIVE ANTI THEFT SYSTEM AND THE PCM INVALID DATA RECIEVED FROM VEHICLE IMMOBILIZER CONTROL MODULE because the anti theft light stays on, sorry about the cap letters just seen I had them on but anyhow I belive I need to reprogram the keys to this pcm not really sure cause this pcm belongs to other car so don't wanna mess with it I did order a pcm so when I get that I will try again. Any suggestions please let me know. And here is a picture of codes I have now

Hi

I am in the Uk so I may not always be correct with US car charachteristics.

If you had No Comms with the original PCM andnow have with a donor then you have proved that you have a dud PCM.

Because the Donor PCM is not matched/coded to that car you will have immobiliser issues.

Here in the Uk, I would send my ECU away to a specialist, either get it
1.Repaired
or
2. People exist that will supply you a used ECU and Clone the software from the original to the replacement, then Plug and Play. Just be aware that if it is a software fault and not Hardware fault then you will move the fault to the new one and back to square one.

3. ECu's are available with the Immo software deleted, again plug and play.

I find that a google search or ebay are great resources for this type of service.

If you can easily get the raplecement coded in then you should be on your way.

If not !!
