2014 Chevy express 4500 6.0 L96 6L90 no communication with pcm and the “service air bag” on display along with no check engine light when you turn the key on. Also ABS, air bag, and brake light are on. I’ve Checked every fuse and have been messing with this thing for the last 2 days please help!!! Checked OHMS between pins on DLC. And only 1v on each pin. Thanks!!!

ive checked ohm between pins 6 and 14, have right at 61 Ohms. Checked voltage between pin 4 and 16, have good 12.8 battery voltage. voltage between pin 6 and 4/5 with key on is 2.8V. Voltage between 14 and 4/5 with key on is 2.3V. I appreciate any input, Thank you guys!

Can you communicate with any module or just not the ecm? Can you manually select vehicle in your scanner and do a full system scan?
