97’ F-350 460/Cranks, No Start, No communication, No Spark
I have a 1997 Ford F350 with the V8 460. It is a California admissions truck. After replacing the valve, cover gaskets and moving a lot of wiring around. I have a no start situation. I first plugged in and OBD two scanner but it would not communicate with the truck. I do not have spark. Battery is healthy. Not sure where to go from here. After watching a Scannerdanner video I went step by step until I got to testing the crank signal at the ICM. While cranking, my meter did fall in between the 4-5 range. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
