I posted about this back in 2020 no fix
HELP
2006 chevy express 2500 6.6 4l85e transmission

intermittent condition
output speed sensor shows 0
brake switch switch closed not releasing when pushing pedal. viewing on scan tool
when brake switch shows open when pushing pedal speed sensor will follow with the correct data as matching the input sensor

I have also switched input sensor wire to output sensor and works correctly which verifies no problem with the reluctor ring inside the trans

rebuild trans several times replaced all electrical components in trans force motor ,tcc pwm , A & B solenoids ,pressure switch internal wire harness
replaced brake switch on brake pedal
replaced valve body
replaced both speed sensors
replaced TCM
replaced PCM
replaced EBCM
replaced BCM
headlight switch

tcc activates on command using scan tool
using scan data to view tcc brake release stays closed until intermittent decides to work than will show open
using scan tool abs data brake switch opens closes on command of touching brake pedal
only seems to stay working for 2 or 3 key cycles

also have the correct ohms 60 +_ on pins 6 &14 when disconnect tcm goes 120 ohm same if reconnect and disconnect PCM

tone traced wires with no avail of finding short to ground or short to voltage using ect 3000

now getting codes low voltage circuit 1-2 2-3 shift solenoid scan tool showing occasional short to ground on circuit although when working intermittently shows intermediate

I have same intermittent even with trans connector unplugged also same no change if I jump voltage from ignition to tcc on brake switch

B1440 power mode master input mismatch
B0951 headlamps on indicator

B0090 active switch out of range

p0700=p0976-0 2-3 shift solenoid low voltage
p2764 tcc pressure control low voltage

I've found no damaged wires from the 2 wires from oss or tcc wires

also removed all grounds clean and reattach 5 on the block 3 on left side 2 on right side one ground strap to front frame rail on on left rear one below drivers door one on right fender from battery two one on each side of headlight circuit one on right side interior kick panel two on left kick panel

speedometer works regardless of intermittent

I hope you don't mind, I linked in your original posts, just so you won't have to rehash everything you've done and so anyone reading will get the whole picture.
Forgive me, I'm having trouble consolidating this in my head; so the output speed sensor and brake position switch don't update the respective data pids normally, but when the brake input does work, so does the oss?
Does the speedometer also not work?
