So I recently had to swap out my radiator and upper hose from it leaking and causing me to overheat. After replacing everything, I started it up and it ran for about 30 minutes or so. I shut it off and when I went to turn it over and all I heard was a little click sound when I tried to crank. Afterwards there is a humming sound coming from the right side of the engine. Tried to jump start it with no luck. Swapped the battery out and still nothing. I put a code reader on it and two codes pop up (P0134) (P2251) about the sensor 1 and bank 1. I stumbled across this page and I don't want to be a parts changer if I don't have to. From the few I watched on here, it might be the starter or the wiring from the battery to it. Or possibly something from the radiator swap. I have super limited experience on fixing my own car but would love any help I can get. Thank you

If the humming is coming from the starter motor I'd try barring the motor over with a socket on the crank bolt. Might be hydrolocked considering the vehicle history.
