Hello Everyone

2006 Honda Accord CM2 Tourer
K24a 2.4L

Background:

OCTOBER 2022
Vehicle was running very poorly engine light was on. Scanned and had a P0171 code
Vehicles fuel trims were high idle (+20-30 STFT/LTFT (46.9%) under load
vehicles fuel pressure was reading 26psi below factory specifications.
Replaced Fuel pump and vehicle was running fine, fuel trims returned to normal.

All is well...

December 2022
Vehicle bogs down and dies on the way home from work
Starts back up then dies almost immediately no CEL present
Vehicle was towed home
Fuel pressure gauge shows 20psi less than factory...
Upon removing petrol cap the Fuel pressure returns to a normal 40psi but STFT is still +30%

Things I have done
Confirmed no blockage from pump to rail
Replaced petrol cap
checked return line

When you removed the fuel cap did you hear a hissing inrush of air by any chance?
