Hey ScannerScanner! Thanks for the invite to join. To recap, car has no spark. Cheapo scanner says no com, but obd2 codes work and car accepted vin input and now auto reads vin.
Car will crank for 3/4 cycles then stop, fuel pump cuts on. With cam sensor plug removed, car endlessly cranks (as a normal car would, still no spark). Without crank sensor, no change.
5v ref and pull down signal present on both plugs. I have not checked the asd, but I smell fuel in the intake.
Thanks for any advice!!!

Seems to be what I'm missing. I smell gas in the intake, fuel pump cuts on, but there is no zap.

13.75 on the injector, with key on. Same at coil pack, Ive had the charger on the batt.
When I go to crank with the cam sensor and crank sensor connected, it will only crank for 3-4 seconds and then stop.
The tach does move of the zero, but I can't tell if it's just energizing the gauge. Key on, no movement on tach. Push start, tach moves just a hair off of zero, but does stay moved that hair, until the cranking ends.

If I disconnect the cam sensor, it will crank for 20 seconds or so and then stop, cycle key on off and it will do that again

I feel like it's something to do with feedback and detection of the sensor being plugged in. I'm wondering if the hall effect is not working and disconnected it's just free spinning and connected the PCM is saying hey cam sensor I need info and it's not delivering.
I also suspect the PCM may simply be bad or not communicating somehow.
I wish I had access to a decent scanner

I need to test both the coil and injector wires during crank if you think that may show something

Well one is zero and the other is 13.75 key on (on the injector and the coil pack) both are two wire connections.
