Truck came in with codes listed and a few others captured in pictured provided............ Cleared them and the ones listed are the ones that return..........first thing noticed in data stream is the o2 sensors stayed around 800-900 plus milivolts..........also noticed the alcohol content data pid showed 80 percent............fuel trims around -30 percent short and long term.............and fuel volatility was low..........had a noticeable miss data pid show minor miss on 6 different cylinders but number 8 was counting in the hundreds before cycling to next count..............checked fuel to verify it was not 80 percent alcohol and confirmed was maybe 3 percent.............so did a reset on the fuel consumption and fuel trims................truck runs better meaning you can drive it sorry forgot to mention before it was undrivable because it had no power........still has noticeable miss and as data pid in picture shows cylinder 8 is the culprit..........fuel trims still pegged around 30 percent but alcohol content shows 3 percent...........if you pull the vacuum hose off booster the o2 sensors drop but still running very rich according to trims stil staying between -20 -30.............also before and after reset black smoke is noticeable out of exhaust pipe.........customer has changed all injectors (today i swapped 6 and 8 just to see if there was any change no change) put both up stream 02 sensors in it put a new maf on the truck (i also ordered another maf just for grins no change) he also put new plugs wires and a coil in it(i swapped those around just to see if there was a change no change).................i cleaned the throttle body also checked fuel pressure at idle was between 45 psi and 55 psi seems normal because this is PWM fuel system..........compression is around 185 psi all cylinders +\- 5psi .............engine is not ticking sounds very good running..............i most likely have forgotten something but i dont think so lol..........thanks in advance for any help you could give............................turns out the customer had bought 8 injectors that were boxed and labeled as AC Delco for 47 dollars for all 8 total price off ebay so we changed them and truck is fixed

first thing noticed in data stream is the o2 sensors stayed around 800-900 plus milivolts

Do both of the downstream O2 sensors (B1S2 and B2S2) agree with the upstream sensors (B1S1 and B2S1) about the rich condition? In other words, while the upstream sensors are reading 800-900mV, do the downstream sensors read similarly?

customer has changed all injectors (today i swapped 6 and 8 just to see if there was any change no change) put both up stream 02 sensors in it put a new maf on the truck (i also ordered another maf just for grins no change) he also put new plugs wires and a coil in it(i swapped those around just to see if there was a change no change)

I'd be asking your customer why exactly all these parts got replaced. In response to the rich codes? Or were they trying to fix something else, and the rich codes resulted?

What part number of injector was installed? Does your customer still have the old injectors?

Have you done a cylinder leak down test, check if one valve staying slightly open and taking more air in and having ecm put more fuel
