Scanner came back with C0110; ABS light is always on and I can not clear it.
I printed out schematic from EAutoRepair. Looks like power/ground go right into ecu. I tested - OKAY.
What next since I can't get inside it. I also tried active test to turn pump On/Off (failed).

How do I verify if ecu or motor/silenoid

You've done all you can without disassembly. The only way to make the distinction would be to remove the EBCM from the hydraulic block and test the motor directly.

You can ohm the motor terminals, but I don't think you'll find a specification. A better idea would be to jumper power and ground to the motor to see if it turns, and if it sounds healthy. Keep in mind that a locked up motor can damage the driver in the EBCM.

The only slam dunk for this code is to replace the hydraulics and the EBCM together.
