I have checked plugs / coil/ compression and a leak down test it has passed everything and all looks good but still has a dead miss on cylinder 3. If someone has ran into this or can think of something I may be over looking I would appreciate the help

A rocker arm/cam lobe failure on an exhaust valve would keep the valve closed giving a good compression (gauge) reading and no leak down with a dead miss.

I don't see any mention of fuel. Has the injector and its circuit been checked?

Regards exhaust valve not opening that would probably show up on a relative compression if you have a 'scope. Or bar the engine over onto #3 exhaust stroke and see if the leak down tester pushes air out the exhaust.
