2016 Ford F150 2.7L ecoboost with 200,000 miles. Started with feeling bogged down when accelerating from a stop. After a week of that I got a code p1016. Read the service manual about that and couldn't find any cracked vacuum lines. Then said to see if Baro Pressure, wastegate sensor pressure and something else were within .4 psi of each other. They weren't so it said the change the wastegate pressure sensor. I did that and cleared the code but the code came back. After I changed the sensor, the scan tool showed the DTC but said it was no longer active. Could a map sensor be causing the problem? Or is it probably the turbo? I saw someone on a F150 forum say that he had the code and found out the dealerhip didn't change his oil the last time so he changed the oil and filter and that code went away. I don't understand how missing an oil change could cause this code?

Ecoboost enging is a tighter engine. So the engine oil should be changed and be full synthetic.
