VW 2.0TDI crank no start was created by Daniel75
Hi Guys,
I'm stuck on this one, and need help!
VW Transporter 2.0TDI 2017, engine CXGB, WV1ZZZ7HZHH079833, 140.000km (87.500mls)
Bus has stopped while driving, and is now a crank no start. No injector pulse, no high fuel pressure.
There was already a problem with Adblue (DEF fluid) system, but has been reset, dash shows "1000km to no start"
Immediately after clearing trouble codes there is a P0562 (system voltage low). After cranking there is also a P218F (no flow detected DEF sytem) and a P24A8(EGR cooler coolant pump performance)
(Adblue system still needs to be repaired, and cooling system was drained, and needs bleeding still)
Checked all powers and grounds to the ECU, they are good.
Low fuel pressure pump is working. Fuel sensor on rail gets power and ground, and pulls 5v to +/- 0.5V
Scoped signals to fuel pressure regulator and fuel measuring valve, the are there. (at the ECU side)
Could the code P0562 cause a no start? And if so, could the ECU be faulty?
Fuel pressure on rail is equal to i think the pressure of the low fuel pressure pump. I looked into the high pressure pump by removing the fuel measuring valve, no metal shavings there.
Scoped also the timing. There is a minimal difference, but i think too little for a no start. Tried also to start with cam sensor unplugged, no success
Thanks in advance for any help!

P0652 sets when the PCM sees a system voltage of 10 volts, or less. What was the system voltage when you checked PCM powers and grounds? Double check and make sure that ALL PCM powers have good system voltage, with the key on. Double check that ALL PCM grounds have less than 100 mV, with the key on.
