Greetings everyone, I am up against a wall, hoping someone here might be able to lend their knowledge. I am in the process of installing a transmission computer controller on a 1992 Ford F350 swapped for a cummins 12valve engine with a 47re transmission. I need to install a TPS sensor on the motor to feed a signal to the computer but have to supply a 5volt power source to the TPS to do so. Is there a simple way to step battery voltage down to 5 volts in order to power the TPS properly?

12vdc to 5v amazon
I found the link on Amazon but I have no experience using one. Someone else may have a better solution.
Seems like this would handle your 5v supply for tps.

I appreciate your effort. I may have to go that route in the end. Just wasn't sure if anyone has had the same issue and solved it.
