Car was parked for over a year came in has a no start. replaced battery and 100amp battery fuse. Car was equipped with a viper security system . I have removed it. I am not getting a any signal from black wire to starter solenoid . I have check the AM fuse and Relay. fuel gauge works but no pump. I went through diagnosis from Identifix . I checked the FC voltage at ECM and its telling me replace ECM some more insight with this issue would be great.
