I have a 1999 Ford F350 V10 I have 11 volts going into cluster on coolant sensor wire when I unplug cluster it goes away put new cluster in and same thing happens this is also frying my pcm there are no more 5 volt reference circuits on this circuit and I don't have 5 volts at pcm any ideas thanks
