ACM reprogram? was created by 2008Ford
Hoping that any ForScan users could point me in the right direction for this one, seems like a decent product. So my factory radio lost aux input, outta nowhere! Searched this inter web and basically needs to be programmed. I tried in ForScan but get -incompatible configuration. In ForScan there’s a tab to turn on/off. I tried as built with same results. I’m curious if I’m doing something wrong or do I need to change something in GEM/ smart box junction? Or could it be a hard fault of the board inside the ACM? Any help would be much appreciated

I haven't tried doing a reprogram on an ACM using Forscan yet. :silly: I just started experimenting with it. I'd say proceed carefully.

What's the YMM of your Ford? Which version of Forscan are you using?

2008 ford superduty. The B1342-60 internal fault code might be the reason, I can’t program it. Other code B2477-60 configuration error. I’m sure there’s a fix but I might give up.. radio works fine, cd works fine, just the aux audio. Was thinking of Bluetooth adapter from Crutchfield, but might not work if radio has dtc’s in it. I may look for a newer year that has built in Bluetooth, swap coding and install.
