2015 BMW x3 28d (Runs Out of Fuel at 1/4-1/2 Tank As per gauge)

Good Day. I have a 2015 BMW X3 28d with the B47 Engine. Vehicle runs out of fuel at 1/4-1/2 tank, Towed vehicle off road and filled in 20L of fuel. Crank engine over for quite some time and it fired up. Only way to prime system is to crank engine or command low pressure fuel pump with scan tool, Tank Capacity is believed to be 66L, Filled in 20L of fuel and then topped up tank at the pumps of 24L, 24+20=44L, There should technically be 22L left in the tank. Vehicle trip said 836KM when Vehicle died, Drove Vehicle and gauge dropped below 1/4 tank on next tank of fuel, Next time Vehicle Died on the road was at 716km or so, Filled in 20L fuel and it fired up again, tank took about 45 L including the 20L fill on side of the road, Vehicle is running out of fuel prematurely,
Codes Present are
419B2B Suction Jet Pump Malfunction
There was a whole bunch of fuel codes but they were set because it ran out of fuel and set the codes

After the codes were erased and ⁰000it died the second time No obvious codes returned . The Suction Jet pump code did not come back, This code was set in the Electronic Fuel Pump ControlModule,

Testing-
Fuel pump is running obviously as when it has fuel in it the vehicle runs and you can hear it when rear seat is removed,

Removed fuel pump from RIght Rear passenger seat area, Used ohm meter and tested both fuel sending units on sending unit side, They test Good with no glitches when moving float the complete swing, (Cannot access Left sending unit from Left side of tank. Must reach arm through Right side of tank to access float. And move arm up and down) This confirms that the sending units are OK.

Connected a instrument cluster tester ohm unit to harness side to see if the fuel gauge would move. (This may have not been the best idea as the gauge did not move when putting the 0- 1000 ohm of resistance down each sending unit harness as per spec. Not sure if the System recognized this signal or if I may have stressed the modules too Much) While completing this test I did Monitor the sending unit resistance on the Scan Tool and It registered on There.

I'm also wondering if there may be a problem with the in tank Suction Jet Pump system. I haven't been able to find a proper explanation of how it works. What I have found is there is no access to the Left side of tank and it uses the low pressure fuel pump and a venturi to suck the fuel from the Left side of the tank to the Right side if the tank, I disconnected the Lower hose from the fuel pump and blew through it. It seemed to be open and not plugged.

When Vehicle is running all the fuel pressures high and low pressure seem to be right on par as I tested them before digging into the tank,

I have been noticing that when we fuel up at 700km when removing the fuel cap there seems to be excess vaccum. Wondering if the tank vent may be plugged.

This is my dilemma. I really want to get some good direction for proper diagnosis. If any one has some experience with diagnosis on these cars It would be appreciated!

Not sure if this applies in your case, you may want to look up service information:

BMW uses saddle style tanks meaning the two halfs of the tank are interconnected by tubes and a transfer pump within the tank itself. A failing fuel line, hose or internal pump could.result in your symptoms.

Yes this vehicle has a saddle tank, As far as I know there is no transfer pump in the Left side of the tank, I know a lot of other BMW and saddle tanks do have but pretty sure this one only has a venturi type system.

If the venturi pipe was broken no fuel would flow from one half of the tank anymore once the level gets down enough yet the gauge would show fuel in tank.
