Heya everyone, just rewired my headlight harness and everything came out great and it was alot of fun also upgraded everything to 16 gauge. Can I just straight up rewire all this with a little thicker gauge wire? I noticed some wires are like needle thin 24 gauge.

The reason I am doing this is because I had a turn signal wire totally melt up across the whole harness and I'm having grounding issues, 400k mile truck, Betsy has been good to me. Figured give her some nice loving!
