Hello, Here are some more waveforms, this time from my sisters 2016 toyota camry with the 4 cylinder engine. The secondary doesnt look like other secondaries. I wonder if the primary being in the coil interferes

My first thought was it looks like it a smoothed wave form -- check you haven't a low pass filter set in the scope settings and the sampling rate is high enough.

Did you get the filtering and aquisition setting sorted out? Check you haven't got averaging turned on, if you have it won't catch the peaks, also I think you may have captured a wasted spark.
