What is your go-to electrical tape for bundling wiring harnesses? Have you guys used Tesa tape? It seems pretty durable so far and it’s not all gooey like traditional electronically tape

Making Pressure Differential Sensors (PDA Sensors) for pressure pulse diagnostics.
Currently servicing Central Texas.

I quite often use spiral wrap then tape over the top

Some Split Conduit is also worth having to hand makes for a neat well protected job not expensive available in different sizes

After having engine harnesses fall apart even with 3M super 33 tape, I'm a tesa fan.

It's not worth the price for some jobs, so I tend to use a lot of hockey tape. It works great for taping the edges of interior panels to stop rattles as well. Stack it several layers thick where needed.
