What do you drive?

I've probably had 25 vehicles over the years but right now I'm driving a 2005 Prius. It's got 270k on it. The engine, trans, and big battery have about 60k on them. It's the awful blue and has lots of dents but I drive 50 miles a day and it was only $3500. It runs great but I did notice that the fuel trims are good at idle but climb up to 17% under load. I'll check the fuel pressure at some point!

Anyway, what are you driving these days?

1999 Lincoln Navigator with the DOHC 5.4l.
All the Ford Expeditions and F 150s should have got that motor IMO
It's funny you mention fuel trims, I was collecting some known good wot runs and it never goes past +- 3% ltft on either bank
Running junk yard gas in her for 4 years with no problems. I could seriously count all the times I've gone to the gas station on one hand.

Currently a 2002 crown Vic lx sport.
Bought for $700 and put 50k on it in a year and a half. Currently at 234k

I've had tons of cars cars over the years. Been driving an 09 Charger 3.5 the past few years. But I've been eyeing the newer Mustangs lately, 2015. But they're still to expensive

I like this thread idea. '04 Scion xA for me and an '08 Escape for the wife. The Escape has 225K on it - just waiting for the 2-4 band to break. :lol:

My poor cars get subjected to so much testing and experimentation. :silly: Part daily drivers, part lab rats.

For what it's worth, I regard the Crown Victoria as one of the best American cars ever produced! But I'm a bit of a wierdo.

The wife has an 08 Pilot (completely sold me on Honda and the FWD\AWD configuration), and I have a Fox Body Mustang I like to pretend I'm going to have time to work on...

That is why I sold mine. Wish I hadn't now. Miss the way that thing handled.(Wasn't exactly stock)

What's the suspension out of ? Did it still do 360s on a dime?

Looks like the stock suspension from a similar year Cobra.

I also like the crown vics. I remember when the marauder came out and I thought it was the coolest car. I just wanted to get one and put a blower on it.

Might make 85 horsepower with a transplanted Quantum turbo 1.6 diesel (because I was told I couldn't do that.) Also a transplanted Cabriolet 5 speed because I'm addicted to overdrive. Lately I've swapped those ugly 14" wheels for much nicer black 15"s.

Otherwise a rather unremarkable old F150 that I didn't like the EFI 5.0 in so I swapped in a 5.8.

Nice days maybe an old motorcycle.
