94 Toyota pickup with 22re. Had engine noise. Checked and found timing chain worn. Replaced timing chain and adjusted valves. Now is now louder and in rear of engine. When cylinder 4 plug wire is removed noise goes away. Red trace is noise and green is running compression on cylinder 4. Very new to running compression and want explanation on what this shows because the exhaust ramp isn't supposed to ramp up like that at the end correct?

I dont see any waveforms attached? in general a knocking that goes away when ignition or fuel is disabled is a connecting rod issue.

Your picture is poor quality and doesn't help much. That said your pressure transducer seems to lack resolution resulting in a choppy signature.

The noise could be a main bearing, rod bearing, wrist pin/piston slap ..... A trained ear may distinguish between those, the sound of a main bearing is much lower/bass than a rod bearing which sounds harder and more like metal. Piston slap produces a double sound....

An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.
